Dennis worked for over 50 years in the real estate sector, and obtained his AACI designation in 1976. As of 2023, Dennis is now a fully retired member of the AIC.

Timothy Browaty joined Browaty & Assoc. in 2005. Since that time, he has obtained his AACI designation in 2010 and has been involved in valuing numerous different types of commercial and residential properties throughout Winnipeg and Manitoba. The appraiser’s clientele includes several major financial institutions and various real estate companies.

Kaitlan Bertouille is a graduate of the University of Manitoba’s Asper School of Business. She graduated in April 2014 with her Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) Degree. After working in the field of Human Resources for a short period, she join Browaty & Associates in March 2015 and completed her AACI, P.App. designation in 2018.

Trent Michalick is a graduate of the University of Winnipeg, Faculty of Business, graduating in 2017. Trent obtained his AACI, P.App. designation in 2022 and has worked on various commercial properties throughout the province during his time with Browaty & Associates.

Brian joined Browaty & Associated in 2022, with an extensive background in real estate, specifically the residential market. He is currently working towards accreditation and as a candidate, towards his CRA designation. To date, the major clients for which appraisal reports have been prepared include several major financial institutions and private companies.

Cameron McIntyre is a graduate of the University of Manitoba, graduating in 2022. Cameron joined Browaty & Associates in 2023 and has worked on various commercial properties throughout the province during his time with Browaty & Associates. Cameron’s work is supervised by Timothy Browaty, P.App., AACI.

Richard joined Browaty & Assoc. in 2019 and after initially looking after administrative duties in the office, became an AIC Candidate Member in 2022. Richard focuses on residential properties and his work is supervised by Timothy Browaty, P.App., AACI
